Microsoft Visual C++ is a piece of the Microsoft Visual Studio Suite. This software is included with every system of Windows by default, and is freeware (though a pro version of Visual Studio is available).
It offers coding tools for C, C++, and CLI. Users can develop, debug, or analyze code in the available programming languages. Its popularity has resulted in several software packages incorporating it, so that even users who don’t know what Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express is are likely indeed using it. In point of fact, several programs absolutely will not run without the Visual C++ functionality.
The program can however also be used by users to create code if they are so inclined. It seems to be an effective integrated Development Environment (IDE) product that is required for many programs in Windows.
